Great boots!
These boots look great and are very warm. The only thing I didn’t like is the zipper doesn’t zip to the top of the boot. Other that that, they are great!

I have had these boots for like 5 years now, wore them each winter A LOT, almost every day from november till march, whenever I needed to walk a lot, stay warm etc. When I traveled I spent whole days in them, walked around cities… They are warm (not for extreme winter weather like minus 10C, but even then they are comfy enough to wear with additional pair of socks or thicker socks), extremly comfortable and after all these years the only sign of wear they show is on the outer side of the heel (sole) otherwise they are as good as new! I use occasionally water repellent spray and also spray for black suede footwear. I wear them mostly with skinny jeans and sweaters, great casual cold weather look! VERY pleased with them! Good job Skechers 🙂

The BEST boots-
I searched a long time for the perfect boot, that was stylish and comfortable for the winter and these are PERFECT!! They are definitely worth the price and I have never gotten more compliments on a pair of shoes before and everyone wanted to know where I got them… Zappos!

Cute casual boot.
If I hadn’t ordered the Nine West Herrik at the same time, I would probably be keeping these. But there really is no comparison, so I’m sending these back. I wanted one pair of boots that I could tuck my jeans into and also wear with winter skirts. These both fit that description. This one was significantly cheaper which would have been a plus. The chunky look made me feel like it was a little to “young” for me. I’m 50. It also just didn’t have much padding in the sole or around the foot. You can feel the seams where everything is sewn together around the top of your foot. For a cheaper boot, it would be okay with very thick, soft socks to make the inside of the boot more comfortable. But I live in Texas and just don’t usually require that much sock because it doesn’t get very cold. I think the negatives of this boot were accentuated due to comparing them to an extremely beautiful and comfortable boot.

A Totally Great Pair of Shoes –
These shoes are comfortable, they keep your feet warm against the New York winter and they are great looking to boot. The fit is great and it is not heavy on your feet. Overall a really great purchase.

Wonderful Boot!
I didn’t purchase these through Zappos, but this boot is great. I have them in the sand color and have only worn them around the house (got them less than 24hrs from the time I am writing this), and they are GREAT. Comfortable and warm. Thick socks or thin, would be fine. I was even able to tuck in a boot-cut jean and it was still comfortable. This is a great find. I don’t think they are waterproof, so be sure to treat them before wearing in wet weather!

Great for walking in bad weather –
After the first downpour of snow a few weeks ago, I ordered these shoes right away when I got to work. What a good investment! They’re very comfortable and cute. I wear them to and from work every day. I was worried they’d be a pain to put on since the laces are so long and seemingly complicated, but it’s an illusion. The boot zips up on the side so you can just slide them on. The only time you need to bother with the laces is when you want to adjust the boot’s snugness. Only drawback I can think of is that it isn’t waterproof…so you have to be careful when walking in the snow/slush. Overall very happy. Keeps my feet warm and dry (so far) and looks great. Practical and gorgeous! I bought the beige.

These boots are cute and comfy. They look great tucked into a pair of jeans, or with a dress. I have muscular calves, and these lace up very nicely. I have not worn them a lot yet, since it just started getting cold, so I can\\\’t say much for duability yet.

These boots are very cute. I felt they run larger than my true size. I wear an 8 1/2 and purchased this size. They were too big even with a thick sock. You can adjust the diameter of the boot with the laces. As previously mentioned in other reviews, the zipper should go to the top of the boot. I did not like the little Velcro tab to close. I had it pulled most of the way over and not much Velcro left. The laces are very long and need to be tucked in. Boots come with alternate laces as well. I returned these boots for the Minnetonka New Silverthorne. I would have exchanged sizes if the zipper went to the top of the boot.

These boots are cute and comfortable (I would expect nothing less from Skechers). They are not as warm as one might expect; definitely in the “fashion over function” category, although they do have great tread. No more slipping on the ice! I’ve noticed that the coloring rubs off on my socks. Also as far as sizing goes, I ordered a 7.5 and the shoe feels too big while the boot shaft is almost too small for my calves, and I don’t have big calves.

I agree with most of the other reviews. This is a great boot, but desperately need insoles to be really comfortable. I spent hours at the Mummer’s Parade in Philly on New Year’s Day walking and standing outside in the cold and they kept my feet cozy and warm, not to mention the loads of compliments on them so far! I bought Dr. Scholl’s memory foam cut-to-fit insoles and they are working out perfectly! Overall, I’m very happy with these boots and they look so cute!

I got these boots over a month ago and I really love them!! \r\n\r\nYes, they run a little big, but your feet stay warmer in freezing weather with extra room in your shoe. The temps here lately have been averaging 25 below zero and my feet stay warm in these even though they are very lightweight.\r\n\r\nI haven\’t needed an insole yet. They did get slightly uncomfortable in the heel when I was out hiking all day, but for everyday use I think they are just fine.\r\n\r\nThe velcro clasp at the top is a little annoying but worth it for an otherwise great boot.

Let me start by saying I did not buy these boots brand new. But they are in pretty awesome shape. They are cute, however, not very warm or comfortable. They feel stiff – not a whole lot of cushioning; I suggest getting inserts. Yes, the shaft of the boot is warm enough but my toes don’t seem to warm up too much and this coming from Cali weather. Also this boot runs about 1/2 size too big.

There is very little “cushion” in the shoe, and for a flat boot like this I had an expectation of more “cushion” in the shoe. Thanks and choose wisely!:-)

These boots are toasty and cute. Too bulky to wear under pants though, better to wear on the outside of skinny jeans or leggings. I agree they run large but I wear them with thick socks so it works. Also added arch supports. They’re comfy now!

I actually tried these on in DSW before ordering them on Zappos (Zappos had a better price). I’m usually between a 9.5 and 10 and I thought I would want the 10 so that I could wear thick socks with them, but these definitely run big. The 9.5 fits great with plenty of room for thick socks. I also really love that there is a side zipper for easy on and off, but that you can adjust them with the laces so you can loosen them to wear over jeans or tighten them to tuck jeans in. I did go to Amazon and purchase a waterproofing spray to treat them with. It doesn’t matter how warm a winter boot is, if your feet get wet they will be cold, so I didn’t even wait to see if these would leak. The spray is only about $15 and should be well worth it. I haven’t worn these outside yet, but I’ve used the spray before on my hiking boots and it worked great.
