They hurt my toe because the back strap is too loose and my foot move like a flip-flop

These shoes are beautiful, and if you plan on standing or sitting all day they are perfect. If you plan on walking get ready for a flip flop experience. Every step the shoes smack up into your heel, like flip flops but with a snap due to the weight of the show and the elastic ankle material. Sadly will have to return them. It’s a shame as I really loved them…..until I walked.
