Bought these to wear while visiting Ireland so I wanted them early to break in. They don’t appear to need a break in period for me. I usually buy wides as I’m diabetic and need the extra room for my toes and front of foot but these are plenty roomy in regular sizing.

I bought these shoes for working in a garden center. I haven’t worked yet because they aren’t hiring right now because of the 2020 international virus, but I’ve worn them at home. I just wore them all day redoing our kitchen floor, tearing it up and putting new in. They were great and comfortable! I have worn them out and about, and around my yard outside. They are great and waterproof! My feet are big (I’m tall) and normally when I get an 11 in other shoes,
my one toe still rubs the front of the shoe. I got an 11 wide in these. My toes don’t touch the front of these shoes. One might say they’re a tiny bit big but not to me because I never have that extra room! Perfect for ME!

Fit and size exactly as expected. These are good boots and a great value. I did get a small blister on first wear-walked one hour+ the first time I wore them, but it was on my bunion that rubs on everything, and I didn’t wear my usual little pad on it. That was my fault, and I worked through it. These are very nice boots. And waterproof!!

I am a senior with bad feet and ankles. I bought the Trego Base Camp boots because I recently injured my ankles (again) and need ankle support when working outside in my garden and around the house. I have bought several styles of Skechers shoes and boots over the years and they have never let me down. They are comfortable from the start and don’t need a break-in period. I always buy the relaxed fit since they seem to work best for me.
