The left shoe lit up twice and then the lights stopped working. I’m glad we were still trying them on and hadn’t cut off the tags. The bottom of the shoes were also very slippery.

I ordered these for my niece for school and a different pair for her sister. They only wore them briefly (like 3 times) and the lights quit working. She was very disappointed as so am I. I tried contacting customer service by phone, email and chat and no one answered me or has gotten back to me. So besides receiving poor quality shoes, your customer service is horrible too.
