The longer I wear them the more of my sock ends up in boot. Even tried different socks with same results.

I need to edit my previous review. I was mistaken….these boots do not come in wide width. I ordered a half size larger and they fit fine. I do believe if you borderline a wide width, these are not the boots for you.

Worst sketchers ever. Footbed is hard and the boot is rigid and uncomfortable also hard to get on. Sketchers new design for the sole is horrible way to hard. Bring back the soft sole please.

Others suggested sizing up. I would only do this if your ideal size is a 1/2 size. I am an 8 1/2 and got a 9. It’s a little big. If they had my size I think it would have been perfect.

I have the almost same version of these Skechers boots from about 3 years ago. I loved them so much and they had been stained and spattered that I decided to order these. The materials have definitely changed. The upper material isn’t the same soft, pliable suede. It feels cheaper. The booties feel somewhat more narrow. Hopefully they’ll give a bit as I wear them. The bottom sole also isn’t the same pillowy soft as the previous ones. I’ll keep them but I think Skechers quality has overall gone down.

I am so disappointed with these boots. They are nothing like my old chugga skechers which I absolutely loved and had a few pairs of. They are stiff, 1 makes a funny noise when I walk, the furry lining is all over my flat where it comes off on my socks and they just aren’t comfortable. Would not recommend & would seriously consider whether I would buy skechers boots again after these.

These fit true to size, even a bit large for socks, and they would have been perfect for cold weather, but the problem is arch support – it’s built in, so I over-supinate badly in these. If you have bad knees and tend to supinate, these will not work for you, as they push the inside of your foot up and the outside of your foot down and out to the sides of the shoes. Too bad, as I usually wear Bikers, but couldn’t find a winter style I liked in those.

Having purchased the first season of this (2 pairs) boot before, I’m completely disappointed in this years version. The lining is awful, is short and very synthetic feeling, it used to be really comfortable and natural. The suede is also a cheap feeling material. I hope Sketchers go back to making this fun boot the way they used too! Until then I’ll be looking elsewhere.

I sent them back because they were too small. I always wear a 7 1/2 and these were very short. Also, the comfortable insole that I have come to expect from Sketchers was sadly missing.

I have a pair of these from a few years back. Mine are VERY comfortable – like slippers for the winter – and the tread is good too. I bought a pair to update the ones I have now and there is a BIG difference in their comfort – even allowing for breaking my old ones in as they felt comfortable from the get go. Too bad cause I really liked them and they kept my feet warm as well.

I bought these to replace a well-loved and worn-out GoWalk version from a few years ago. Those were very soft and molded to my feet on the first wear. I have wide feet and medium width was fine. I returned this new version because the toe box was narrower, and it felt as if there was a stiff layer between the lining and upper. Almost as if it would crinkle! I already threw away my old ones but I felt like that lining was more like faux shearling, and these new ones feel like faux fur? I am so bummed because those GoWalk boots were probably the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever had in my life!

These shoes were unbelievable in every way. My Mom normally wears a size 8 and due to some of the reviews, I got her an 8.5. Good choice. She did not even have to wear a thick sock. I ordered another style similar to this for me, also in a Skecher, and it was just as perfect. We went to Boston, where it was snowing, and these shoes kept our feet perfectly warm and comfortable. We walked miles and miles – not one blister or discomfort from any part of the shoe. While in Salem and looking at the graveyards, we were knee deep in snow and not once did our feet get wet or cold, even after my Mom stepped in water that got her pants hemline wet. These shoes are lightweight, cute, and held up perfectly. So very happy with my purchases. I’d give these shoes 10 stars if I could.

My girlfriend had a pair of these boots and I loved them. Ordered the next day and got them the day after. I was so sad that I couldn’t get my foot in them! I have a very hight arch and even with a shoe horn it wouldn’t go on. I felt like one of the three ugly sisters in Cinderella trying to fit in the glass slipper. Sadly I have to return them.

I bought these boots in a wide width and a 1/2 size larger than my mother needed and she still couldn’t get her feet in them at all. These are definitely not wide width and the foot opening is narrow.

I could not even get my foot I to the bed of the boot because I couldn’t get it past the shaft. If I had tried, I feel I would’ve ripped it.

The fit and size of these boots are true I have two pair of these… the backs break down and you cannot get your foot into the boot…..I would not recommend these for this reason if I could return them I would one I never even wore but I’ve had for a while so I know I can’t return it in the future I will only buy boots with a zipper

I got these shoes because I had a pair that were similar & I loved them & I was afraid I’d wear them out, but they weren’t being made any longer. When I saw this pair I thought they were close to that other pair. I like these even better, if possible. They’re warm & fit perfectly. It’s like spending the day in bedroom slippers! There is a lot to love about these shoes. Then why am I returning them? Because Skechers chose to sew a tag inside the shoe…right underneath the arch of your foot…and that darn tag was really annoying. And there was no way you could remove or cover it. So back they go.

needed warm boots to work outside and I need a wide size. LOVE Skechers, this was the only wide I could find. Wish it was a teeny bit wider to wear heavy socks when I work outdoors. fits true if you wear lightweight socks or hose, tight if you wear winter heavy-duty socks
