I wear mule-style Sketchers a lot as many casual shoes (like Keds) rub my heels. Wanted something a bit nicer than my usual athletic styles to wear in summer w/ shorts or capris that would still b all day comfortable. Hope these will work. I bought these because I wanted an attractive ,easy to slip on shoe that I bought wear around the house , work from home and also slip on the take the dogs out for a walk . This is my 2 or 3rd pair the only draw back is that they are washable which is actually a plus, except that they are difficult to get completely dry. I live in Sacramento Ca which is very hot and dry in the summer , after I wash the shoes I put them in the hot sun and they are perfect dry over night .
