Purchased these Skechers after foot/ankle issues with another safety shoe. The Skechers are comfortable to wear. Lightweight. Good soul and arch support. Has gel element built into interior soul of show. (I will use an insert soon, but the gel may be enough protection for some people). I’m in these shoes about 7 hours a day. No issues so far with Team Skechers.

So far the shoes are comfortable. They fit true-to-size, maybe slightly wider in the toe box…which is nice since it’s a safety toe and gives the ability to wiggle and move toes comfortably. Shoes are lightweight and breathe. So far I am a week into wearing.

Best shoes for width ! I was looking for a workshoe that is wide enough , first i tried a 4EE shoes from New Balance but it wasnt wide enough . Then i couldnt find any other shoes more wide than that (more than 4EE ) but then. I realized that SKETCHERS make really wide shoes ( regular sneakers and workshoes ) and even i choose EE on this specific workshoe ( it was the more wide shoe i saw) it fit perfectly, highly recommended for those who cant find a properly wide shoe .(even if its says EE, is more wide than a regular EE) there was no other option for me here at zappos . I recommend to give it a try first on this brand and on this specific shoe , ( half size more if you need a composite toe workshoe ). I am very happy now .

I have narrow feet, so fit is always tricky. The Sketchers Malad are awesome, could be narrow though if you’re blessed with wide feet. Very comfortable, light, look good.

I already owned the previous model, Skechers Work Malad I, and was very pleased with it, so I bought the new one. Skechers made a couple of good improvements on the upper, as well as the sole, especially around the heel. The shoe looks like a tennis shoe, hard to tell that it’s a safety boot. Length is true to size, the width is awesome for my narrow feet, might be too narrow if you’re on the wide end. The slip resistant sole is stiff, but very comfortable. The composite cap leaves plenty of room for toe movement. The laces are solid and don’t open by themselves. The entire feel is solid and I don’t feel unstable on uneven surfaces. The cooling insole does its job, without being too cold in winter. A nice plus: In spite of the composite toe cover and the penetration protection in the sole, the shoe doesn’t set of the security check at the airport. Overall a great safety shoe, if you’re looking for something stylish that can be worn in any situation.
